With 108 sacred asanas, I align my spine with the cosmic geometry, transcending the physical realm to commune with the divine. Nithya Yoga isn’t just about moving the body; for me it is about aligning my consciousness, healing the mind and feeling powerfull.
It’s a gateway to the soul, uniting with source. Meditation, serves as a bridge to the state of yoga, where the spirit dances freely in the moment. Through Shiva and Guru Puja, I connect to the divine within and without. Puja is a sacred ritual of worship and surrender.

In this beautiful space, I connect with Sadashivatva, the oneness with Guru and Cosmic Consciousness, transcending boundaries of self and universe. Each mantra, each offering, deepens my bond with the divine, nurturing gratitude and devotion in my heart.
