What is Bodytalk?
BodyTalk integrates both Western and Eastern healing traditions. Every facet of our being, down to the cellular level, is animated by consciousness. When there's a disruption in the communication within the body's consciousness, various forms of "dis-ease" can manifest. This might range from feelings of depression, physical pain, and weight issues to mental confusion, relationship challenges, and serious illnesses such as cancer.
The role of a BodyTalk facilitator is to restore these communication lines across the entire being. This is achieved by connecting with the client's inherent wisdom via palpation of the hand or wrist. Once the facilitator identifies all the necessary "links," they tap on the client's head and heart. Remarkably, clients often feel a profound sense of relaxation after the process. This change signifies an intrinsic recognition, both mentally and physically, that a resolution has taken place.
Why do I use BodyTalk?
As a Practitioner, I’m able to gather information about you through your innate wisdom, and mine. Then I reestablish communication within the organs, endocrines, and body parts to produce astounding results.
I am able to zoom into the cellular structure of the client, or zoom-out into the world that is affecting you, to find out what is out of sync. I then tap on the head and heart to reestablish broken lines of communication within your mind, body, and consciousness.
BodyTalk uses a vast array of systems, inclusive are the methodologies and discoveries made by the ancient Indian sages, Chinese medicine, western medicine, quantum physics, and the wisdom of great shamans of the past. Healing happens in extraordinary ways in a BodyTalk session. There is no set way for a session to happen; they are unique to the individual consciousness.
What are the BodyTalk Procedures?

ASKING THE BODY
During a BodyTalk session the practitioner facilitates communication with the body’s innate wisdom with the use of neuromuscular biofeedback.
This is a key element in BodyTalk which is not found in other Energy Medicine Modalities. After a series of yes or no questions, the client’s own body leads the practitioner to locate the imbalances that are the priority.

Tapping on the head focuses the brain to repair broken down communication. Tapping on the sternum or heart, ensures that the new information is stored throughout the whole body.
This is the process whereby the Bodymind continues to absorb the instructions that were given during the BodyTalk session. The process enables the mechanisms of the body to function.

My personal BodyTalk journey
My personal healing journey began with receiving BODYTALK, an energy medicine. BODYTALK was an awakening for me. Sessions reconnected my mind, body, and spirit which allowed me to heal lifelong wounds. Instead of sitting across from a therapist talking about painful experiences, I was lying on a table opening up to a process of healing from a state of deep relaxation. I felt energies moving inside my body and emotions well up within me and then lifted away. I was left with a newfound lightness, ease, and peace. The session was a road map into my past that reunited me with myself. BODYTALK is one of the modalities I use in THE PROCESS. It is an entry to the deepest kind of healing.
A BODYTALK session may seem simple on the surface, but there is deep transformation on a multitude of levels: the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and even environmental.

Ted Nandi Therapy, how a cute fuzzy body, dark curious eyes, and pink flapping tongue instantly change moods.
I always ask my clients if they want Ted in or out of the session. Before they get to say yes, Ted comes in jumping, tail wagging, and spins a 360-degree turn, excited for the session. Ted immediately puts us in a joyful space.
With a few clients he settles on their lap, Ted prompts a serotonin response during the petting. Both settle into a cuddle, an embrace with Ted and his soft tongue licking the client’s hands in appreciation. Soon my client and I are deep into discovery and Ted is deep into sleep.
Moving to the table for BodyTalk, Ted often jumps 5 or 6 times waiting to be lifted onto the table, and again finds a soft place on my client's body as they both drift off into healing bliss. Animals touch the soul and enliven the spirit. They bring the body into a wonderful flow that not even exercise can achieve.
