What is the difference between RTT™
and traditional hypnosis?

    Looping thoughts refer to repetitive and persistent patterns of thinking or beliefs that you may have about yourself, others and the world. I call this the vicious cycle. These thoughts often revolve around negative self-perceptions, fears, or limiting beliefs. They can be likened to mental loops that you get stuck in, replaying the same unhelpful thoughts or narratives over and over again. Through identifying these patterns, challenging their validity, you are then replacing them with more positive and empowering beliefs.
