What are the 5 layers and what happens in the therapy?

THE PHYSICAL
LAYER 1
OPENING UP AND LETTING GO!
Working in this layer you discover the multiple layers of your fears. These fears have been recorded in the Physical Layer since childhood. All these fears are rooted in the fear of death. These fears which are really only patterns of thought seem very real. They become overwhelming because they make you feel powerless. By writing down all the fears as you remember them from childhood you begin the meditative process of rendering them irrelevant; they start disappearing.

THE PRANIC "BREATH" LAYER 2
DIG OUT YOUR RESISTANCE
TO LIFE!
In this layer are found all desires. You have always held a collection of desires, some are borrowed from others, some are your own and some are desires that are deeply rooted in conflict These desires eventually form knots in the layers of your consciousness. Week two unravels these knots.

THE MENTAL LAYER 3
CLEARING OUT THE NEGATIVE BELIEFS!
Negative belief systems and guilt are the cause of many of life’s conflicts. All of your pain patterns are stored in this layer and are reduced to mental pain. Look into the root cause of your beliefs, and begin the clearing.

THE EMOTIONAL LAYER 4
CLEARING THE RESIDUE
Your emotional layer holds within it all the memories related to pain and suffering.
You remove these “samskaras” otherwise referred to as pain patterns which are the obstacles that get in the way of YOU creating what YOU want in life.

THE BLISS LAYER 5
YOU AWAKEN!
Clearing out the first four layers reduces your negative patterns. Ambivalence toward your body will be replaced by a new love and acceptance toward it. Experience an opening and blooming of your true potential. Feel a lightness of being and realize that life is full of possibility. In the Bliss Layer you may experience spontaneous healing of physical pain. You will connect to your “ bliss.”
