Through a meditative state you will realize there is someone inside you that you have not been aware of. You will meet that “being” through the slow but sure and temporary erasure of the mind. You will come to realize that the real you inside you is a being that doesn't feel the need to get angry, depressed, or anxious. That is the authentic you. It exists as the absence of the personality or ego you have formed throughout childhood and beyond. When you meet this other truer self, you will experience a tremendous peace and relief.  There will be a recognition that the artificial and complicated personality is not necessary. You will realize that it is that very “personality” that causes so much emotion and havoc within. By yielding to the more authentic self there will be a deep healing. Through a meditative state you will encounter a bliss that exists inside of you, waiting to be discovered. You will experience greater physical health and come in touch with the wise self.

Understanding  and  Purifying the Chakras

Central to your meditation practice is the exploration and opening of the main 7 chakras. These energy centers, located along the spine, are believed to correspond to different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By working with the chakras, we can bring balance and harmony to these areas of our lives.


  1. Root Chakra “Muladhara”: This chakra symbolizes your foundation, grounding, and stability. Through meditation, I assist in cultivating your sense of security and stability, enabling you to feel grounded and supported in your journey, transitioning from fantasy to reality.

  2. Sacral Chakra “Svadhisthana”: The sacral chakra is associated with our creativity, passion, and emotional well-being. Move out of fear and into courage. By opening this chakra, you tap into our creative potential, and execute your desires to cultivate joy and fulfillment.

  3. Solar Plexus Chakra “Manipuraka”: This chakra governs your personal power, confidence, and self-esteem. Through meditation, it will help you activate and balance this chakra, empowering you to drop worry, and step into your authentic power.

  4. Heart Chakra “Anahata”: The heart chakra is the center of love, compassion, and connection. By opening this chakra, you cultivate a deep sense of love and compassion for yourself and others, fostering harmonious relationships and emotional well-being.

  5. Throat Chakra “Vishuddha”: This chakra is associated with communication, self-expression, and authenticity. Through meditation, I will guide you in finding your voice, speaking your truth, and expressing yourself authentically. Drop jealousy and comparison as you celebrate your uniqueness.

  7. Crown Chakra “Sahasrara”: The crown chakra is your connection to the divine and higher consciousness. Through meditation, it will help you expand your awareness and tap into the limitless wisdom and guidance available to you.

5 Layer Vedic Therapy 

THE PROCESS uses very powerful modalities to cleanse all 5 layers in the subtle body. These layers or “sheaths” hold all the fears, negative beliefs, contradictory desires, and emotional pain patterns that we have collected through our lifetime and many other lifetimes. Once you clear these out a blossoming happens, you feel light and free. You become the person you were meant to be.

What are the 5 layers and what happens in the therapy?

We work through your 5 body layers: the physical layer, the breath layer, the mental layer, the emotional layer, and the bliss "spiritual" layer.


You’re nourished with ancient truths and transformative practices.  By the end of five sessions a new reality is discovered.


Working in this layer you discover the multiple layers of your fears. These fears have been recorded in the Physical Layer since childhood.  All these fears are rooted in the fear of death.  These fears which are really only patterns of thought seem very real.  They become overwhelming  because they make you feel powerless.  By writing down all the fears as you remember them from childhood you begin the meditative process of rendering them irrelevant; they start disappearing.

In this layer are found  all desires.  You have always held a collection of desires, some are borrowed from others, some are your own and some are desires that are deeply rooted in conflict  These desires eventually form knots in the layers of your consciousness. Week two unravels these knots.

Negative belief systems and guilt are the cause of many of life’s conflicts. All of your pain patterns are stored in this layer and are reduced to mental pain.  Look into the root cause of your beliefs, and begin the clearing.

Your emotional layer holds within it all the memories related to pain and suffering.  

You remove these “samskaras” otherwise referred to as pain patterns which are the obstacles that get in the way of YOU creating what YOU want in life.

Clearing out the first four layers reduces your negative patterns.  Ambivalence toward your body will be replaced by a new  love and acceptance toward it.  Experience an opening and blooming of your true potential.  Feel a lightness of being and realize that life is full of possibility.  In the Bliss Layer you may experience spontaneous healing of physical pain. You will connect to  your “ bliss.”


  • What is this love I am seeking?
    Love is a cosmic energy that has the consciousness of intelligence. Love is fundamental to life. It is an expression of the divine. We feel and express love as newborn babies just because we are born as divine beings. Love comes naturally. This ability to love is causeless. It just is. It exists within us before societal conditioning suffocates it.
  • How does love manifest again?
    All the mental, physical and spiritual blockages we experience as we grow older occur because of #emotional wounding. This emotional wounding comes in the form of anger, depression, greed, self-hatred. When we work on opening up deeply hidden wounds, we uncover and dissolve negative thought patterns. As we heal, awakening in our heart chakra occurs. Then spontaneous love energy opens again to us. Once again available to us, it knows where it has to go and what it needs to do to heal. As you heal you become the lover and the beloved of yourself. The Cosmic Energy of love overflows in you. You become blissful.

    Looping thoughts refer to repetitive and persistent patterns of thinking or beliefs that you may have about yourself, others and the world. I call this the vicious cycle. These thoughts often revolve around negative self-perceptions, fears, or limiting beliefs. They can be likened to mental loops that you get stuck in, replaying the same unhelpful thoughts or narratives over and over again. Through identifying these patterns, challenging their validity, you are then replacing them with more positive and empowering beliefs. With self-compassion and self-acceptance you are able to break free from these thought loops. The vicious cycle becomes a virtuous cycle. By changing the narrative and developing a healthier mindset, you can achieve personal growth, improved self-esteem, and a more fulfilling life.
