What is the completion technique?

Whatever we think has caused us to miss something in our lives, or what we expected but did not receive from a past experience or relationship, remains as an unfulfilled desire. This becomes an incompletion in us. In order to heal, we need to render the relationship or experience complete on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. It is essential that any ideas we have about life, ourselves, and others, or what was left "undone", need either to be fulfilled or to be "completed.

THROUGH THE COMPLETION PROCESS, WE CAN CURE OUR MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, AND PHYSICAL PAIN, AND FULFILL OUR SPIRITUAL LONGING.

When we listen to the cries of our hearts and fulfill what needs to be fulfilled, complete what needs to be completed, and discard what is no longer needed; we enter into a space of deep connection with the Source. We have cleansed ourselves of our own negativity, self-hatred, self-doubt, and self-denial which allows for true self-love, and genuine compassion for others. The Completion Process is a powerful and sincere way to be healed from all your pain patterns.⁣

⁣The technique was developed from Ancient Vedic Techniques called the Shiva Sutras.⁣Your Samskaras are the engraved memories and negative thought patterns that live in your conscious and unconscious mind.

“How is the mind transcended? The mind is by nature restless. Begin liberating it from its restlessness; give it peace; make it free from distractions; train it to look inward; make this a habit. This is done by ignoring the external world and removing the obstacles to peace of mind.”  Sri Ramana Maharishi

Are you hesitant  to visit the past?

Are you hesitant to revisit the past? You think it’s too painful. You don’t want to “relive” it. In truth, you continuously re-experience past feelings and beliefs as pain patterns in present life.

Yet, what if you could look into the past, heal the wound, tie up the loose ends and thereby empower yourself without inducing the trauma again.⁣⁣

How do I cleanse my inner space?

I guide you through The Completion Technique. The Swa Poornatva Kriya taken from Shiva Jana Upanishad: The Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, 94th Verse, 22nd Technique.

It is easy to throw away our childhood toys, however many of us have never thrown away  the childhood memories that hold us hostage. These memories endure as emotional scars, or as heavy baggage we end up carrying throughout our lives.  We hold within us collections “snap shots” or “videos” of these memories that contain within them a string of beliefs, perceptions, and thoughts that determine how we react to present and future events even though the events are quite different.  Some of these “videos” have become inaccessible to our conscious mind.  We replay them unknowingly.  Recorded in our minds, they play over and over again each time we perceive what seems to be a similar situation in the present.  We are not capable of seeing that this new situation is fresh and unlike the past traumas.  Thus occurs  endless cycles of repetitive reactions as we attempt to “end” those old running tapes. This is called “incompletion.”  Our old dramas are never “completed;” that is we never move on to create new situations. We live as prisoners to our past.

WHAT ARE THE 3 STEPS THAT LEAD ME TO COMPLETION? Remember, Re-live, Relieve. HOW DO I BEGIN COMPLETION AS MEDITATION? Sit in a comfortable position with a mirror and look directly at your whole face. You are about to enter into a mystical and very intimate experience. STEP 1 REMEMBERING Look deeply into your eyes. See who is there. When you look deep enough with patience, with intensity, you will see your inner child looking back at you; this is your "chaya." Whatever age child you see in the mirror, this person looking back at you is the person you have never reconciled. It is the INCOMPLETE part of you. As you are gazing in the mirror, you remember this part of your life. Talk loudly to the child in the mirror. You remember a time you felt powerless. Experience every detail of that memory. STEP 2 RE-LIVE Allow yourself to feel the anger, guilt, fear. All of these emotions are the feelings that you have buried that you could not handle at the time. Now RE-LIVE it all. You have the awareness, the understanding, the capacity to give love and tenderness. You will now give your inner child everything you needed that you did not get--this is self-healing. Have courage. Take responsibility for liberating yourself. STEP 3 RELIEVE IT As you re-live this experience multiple times, exhaust the emotion. You will begin to feel the old you, the incomplete you, the burdened you, the tortured you--leave your system. Your nervous system will become relaxed. The cause for your panic attacks and anxiety are dissolving. Finally, you declare that you are becoming complete and that you WILL BE COMPLETE. Make that powerful declaration and live it, continue to complete. Experience the catharsis.

Do you really relive the past?

You cannot relive. It is something that happened to you in the past. You can remember and revisit those memories with a unique vision that brings a newfound understanding about the meaning it had for you and the beliefs you formed from that experience. If memories are not healed, they play out over and over and over again leaving you in anxiety, depression, anger, or plain misery.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

It is what is referred to as a symptom.⁣⁣

It is what is described as a disease and disorder.⁣⁣

It is what causes uncontrolled behaviors.⁣⁣

Living the same past event over and over again in

your mind and acting it out in the world, is also

       what is often called insanity.⁣⁣

If you think you're helping yourself by keeping your wounds covered up, you are mistaken!

You continue being affected by the past if you never look within. Looking into the past with guidance, you can consciously, powerfully--complete it for good. Stop living with your hidden shame, guilt, and self-hatred. Instead, become free; become light in body and light in consciousness.

Why do my actions seem Uncontrollable?

The way you behave and respond is controlled by the thought pattern of your childhood. The root thought pattern from childhood is subconsciously running your life. For example; as an abused child you escaped your abuser by finding a hiding place. Years later the experience is still alive in you. It lives in your mind and is felt in your body. Unconsciously your root thought pattern is re-created by you. Decades later you will have the same feelings of fear and powerlessness. You live your life on high alert always keeping a hiding place ready. The root thought pattern will be growing in power and strength though you will never reach your potential. Find your root thought pattern, and complete it. Only then does your life begin!⁣

What is Completion?

Completion is the art of remembering, reviewing, and relieving a past memory or trauma. As you do this practice, you gain the understanding for the first time of the feelings, thoughts, and beliefs you were experiencing at the time of the memory. You are surprised at what you were thinking at that time, you are surprised at the depth to which you were feeling during those moments. You gain knowledge of the beliefs and meanings that have been limiting you. The realizations you have bring tremendous relief and clarity. These realizations bring you into integrity. The authentic part of yourself that was lost and confused rejoins you. You gain back the power that you once had. Having done Completion, you are able to experience deep love and compassion for yourself and others.⁣⁣
