Gather together and heal as a group. Open up recent conflicts or emotions for discussion and gain insight into limiting belief systems or root causes using a spiritual perspective. This becomes healing for the group. This one hour session is dedicated sacred space of deep listening, pure questioning, and intra-analyzing. Bring an open mind and a journal for insights and inspiration that arise during the session.
