What is Prana? It is the life force within and without us, it is cosmic energy in constant flow. What is Pranayama? Pranayama is a technique through which prana (our life force) is activated to a higher frequency in our bodies. By breathing a certain way we elevate ourselves to a higher vibration. This brings us into a state of greater creativity, and more powerful consciousness. It clears away depression, anger, and confusion while strengthening the immune system. By becoming more creative and free of past angst, we begin to have a positive effect on the world. The more people engage in pranayama, the more the world changes to a higher vibration, to a creative, beneficial force of change around and within us. A wondrous thing happens: The outside mirrors the inside. How will meditation transform me? You become in total awareness, more alive, more in love, and more present. You discover a home inside yourself, an inner knowing, clarity-- there is a dwelling inside you that is you. Nourish your Consciousness in Meditation. The only way to know bliss is to experience it. In truth, Ananda is your true nature. It is bliss and joy which doesn't come from anything outside you. It is your: eternal, silent, tranquil, inner state of Ananda. If you begin a practice of meditation, you will soon discover PEACE. It is the peace of mind of a purified inner space, reflected in your outer world. Meditation is a powerful path to experience your own self as LOVE.
